It's time to get rid of the word "VOLUNTEER." For too long, that word has meant "I need a warm body." As ministers, our job is to equip and empower LEADERS who are willing to invest in the next generation. If you've ever wanted to build a small group culture, join us as we break down and simplify where to start and how to create it. I'll let you in on a secret though: building this structure makes your job a lot easier and frees up more time for you during the week.
