I'm married to the best youth minister ever, I have two sweet but pretty crazy girls and I love any sort of adventure. I'm also a social worker in Denver and have worked in foster care for 7 years. Prior to that I worked in an acute unit at a residential treatment center for almost 5 years. I've spent lots of time around kids and teens who have experienced unspeakable things and can struggle with mental illness or behavioral challenges. I think it is one of my ministries to not just get them to reach a goal but to really love on them and show them they are worth something and they can do great things.
