I have been in full-time youth ministry 34 years and at the Lafayette Church in Ballwin, MO (near St. Louis) since 2006. I practiced full-time youth ministry for 32 years and now serve as Lafayette's Admin and Equipping Minister. I still have a heart for youth ministry and try to find ways to work with teens in various ways including substitute teaching in our local community.  I have been married to Lee Ann since 1990; we have three children, Michalie (28), Maleah (26), and Malachi (21).
